Becoming a yoga business consultant wasn't something I ever thought I would be doing.  However, after I sold my own brick and mortar studio of eight successful years, my phone started ringing. People from all over the United States began to call me to help them with their business.

What I came to realize is how the smallest adjustments make the biggest differences.  The smallest adjustment on empowering your team, the smallest adjustment on creating a class schedule, the smallest adjustment on pricing, the smallest adjustment on hiring, the smallest adjustment on taking good care of yourself as the owner and the list goes on and on.
